Steps to access Live Chat for Roboworld robotics workshop

1. Go to https://cloud.boltiot.com/
2. Log in using the email id you used to purchase the Robotics training. Create the account if you have not already done so.  You should use the same email id you used to while placing your order.
3. On the bottom left corner, you will see a blue bubble image with a message image on it. Click on it.
4. A message box will appear. Type out a brief description of your query or the issue that you are facing and click on send arrow.
5. You can also add a screenshot of the issue, by clicking on the attach button in the messaging box.
6. Our team will respond to you within a few minutes.
